Museum websites

     Here are links to museum websites which offer some online access and opportunity to study the certain objects online. In some cases, online databases / catalogues are available with basic information concerning objects. The links are mostly to websites relevant to Near Eastern studies.


The British Museum: Department of the Middle East
          To date, the Near Eastern material in the British Museum (including objects from the Royal Cemetery at Ur and some large Assyrian stone sculptures) has not yet been included in the online catalogue, but one can find short descriptions of the relevant rooms and some of their content.
