description (summary) | 2006-10-09 | jW | One of a number of large limestone blocks placed along the top of the revetment wall, f11, in k108 as a conseqence of a major renovation that included a new wahal glacis system, f123 and f152.. It rested on an earthen floor, f148, that covered both the wall top and the plaza to its south. Since the mound was undoubtedly still sacred, the stones probably served as a reminder of the wall system before the plaza filled up and the wall was covered.
